DettyLink refunds and cancellations

How you pay

The verified badge is bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your phone. Payments are taken by Apple or Google, not by BreiReik Ltd, and we do not hold your card details.

Refunds

Refund requests for a badge purchase go to Apple or Google, and their own refund rules apply. You can ask for a refund through your store account:

• Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google: Google Play Help, under the refund section for purchases

Cancelling

The badge does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. It runs for 12 months from purchase. If you do not want it to renew, you do not need to do anything.

Failed identity check

If your identity check fails after you have paid, you get one free retry. If the retry also fails, we refund you through the store.

Founding members

Founding members receive the Standard badge free for 12 months. There is no payment to refund.
